He recommended Larry to us and we are so happy with the result. Larry was calm, supportive, knowledgable and did not pressure us to make a decision either way. Never did it feel like the dealer was trying to get one over on us, they want repeat customers and it shows through their professionalism and service. Our overall experience on the Nissan side was relaxing and we were treated well by everyone. Cecil with financing took great care of us too and made sure we had the best financing possible. We chose to buy a 2007 Nissan Murano which is loaded, and we are thrilled with the car and the service at Campbell Nelson Nissan. Thanks for a great experience! I went other places to maintain the car before, and nowhere can deliver even close quality and nice service as those folks. They help me to detect small problems early and give me the fair assessment whether I need to fix it immediately. Service is great - online appointment, phone and email reminders, friendly staff - not only Lee Sutcliffe who handled my most recent service appointment, but also other people I worked in the past few years. After the moved few miles south few years ago, their location is not really convenient to me - but I always go back every time. They keep my old car alive so I don't need a new one anytime soon :) But when I need one, I certainly will give Campbell Nelson my first shot. More

I feel comfortable bringing my car back in for anything I might need, and felt genuinely liked and appreciated for my business. I normally look as forward to getting a new car as I do to getting dental work done, but these guys make it as painless as possible. A great experience all around (as much as possible when buying a car). Highly recommended. More
