I first came to CN because my car needed work. In the process I talked to Greg about looking at used cars. Greg is in sales so he tried to sell me...but not in a pressured way. After all was said and done with my car I realized it would be better to sell it and buy another car. I shopped around and got serious with 4 different dealerships (all big name dealers). At each of the dealers I was treated more like a mark than a person. I went back to Greg and was happy the whole way. Again he is in sales he tried to sell me, but thats his job, the difference is that he treated me well and like a person the whole time. Love the care and and extremely happy with my time at CN. Picked up our new Leaf - transaction when very smoothly, even thought this was our first new car in 5 years. The first time I stopped by to test drive, I told Kat right up front that I wasn't looking to buy that day, and she respected my position from the get-go. I never felt pressured, and the ultimate price negotiation process went smoothly. Also, I just received a hand-written thank-you note from one of the dealership owners. The personal touch was nice. Campbell Nelson is a great establishment; I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan. More
