My overall experience with Campbell Nelson Nissan was a positive one, and especially a big thanks to John Kelch. I had no intention of buying a new car and had no idea what I was going to buy and no idea if I was going used or new. I just told myself, I was going to buy from whichever dealership could make me the best deal and where I was most comfortable. I had walked away from one dealership because the vibe just wasn't happening and I didn't feel welcomed from them. I visited several dealerships and my last stop was Campbell Nelson Nissan. As I was on my way there, I even received a call from Honda, asking me to come back as they were sure they could do something for me. I am so happy that I ignored that call and continued driving to CNN. I typically do not like going thru the process of buying a car nor do I care for most of the sales staff, but John Kelch made my experience a most uplifting one. We connected well and he has the best sales personality. I had never laughed so much thru a car buying experience. I never ever felt pressured by him and he made my visit very warm and welcoming. I would also like to say the finance department made this possible as I do not have perfect credit, and honestly, didn't think I was going to be able to buy a car at all, but they made it happen and at a great interest rate too. I absolutely love my new car and will continue doing business with Campbell Nelson Nissan. I have already referred my brother as he has interest in the new versa. If your in the market, definitely visit Campbell Nelson Nissan and ask for John Kelch! We all may have a specific car in mind that we want, but I believe it is more than that, it is the overall experience that should play an important role in your purchasing experience. I spent few months doing Quick Summary: I purchased my Nissan Rogue 2012 about 2 months ago from Campbell Nelson Nissan, and I couldn’t be happier. I spent few months doing my research on what kind of car I wanted, my budget and etc, and so I knew I was going to go with Rogue. My original request for a quote to all local dealers was for Nissan Rogue 2011 S edition. However, Ray Ishak at Campbell Nelson Nissan got me a better deal on 2012 Nissan Special Edition. It is hard to say “No” to a better deal on a newer model! Detailed Summary: Ok, let me take it from the top. First I requested a quote from all authorized Nissan dealers in the area. Given my location, I heard back from Eastside Nissan Seattle, Nissan Stadium, and Campbell Nelson Nissan. All of them replied to me with standard email of please call us, or come for a visit. Given that I wanted to take care of as much as possible via email, I replied back to all the dealers and asked to give me a quote via email. Here are my experiences: 1. Eastside Nissan didn’t give me a quote even after a 3rd request. Each time the reply was “Come to the shop.” 2. Nissan Stadium gave me a quote after 3rd request. My previous requests would get some sort of run around non answer. 3. Campbell Nelson quoted me right away, with a great deal of details on the entire deal. At this point I already read the reviews of all dealerships on yelp.com and on google, and decided to go with either Nissan Stadium or Campbell, and skip visiting Eastside Nissan. I was emailing both dealerships with questions, requests for informations and etc. Nissan Stadium was fairly good with providing direct answers, but the person in charge of Internet Sales came across as wayyyyy too needy. I also didn’t appreciate that he tried to present rebates from Nissan as a special deal for me. When I pointed out to the guy that these deals are open to anyone, he replied with dramatic sentences and was overly emotional. Personally I thought it was over the top and a bit annoying. Ray, on the other hand, didn’t beat around the bushes, my questions were answered in straight forward manner without any hidden agenda. A week later I visited the dealership, and voila, I got my Nissan. This is my first time buying a brand new car that is fairly pricey (relative to all my previous cars), and I was full of anxiety. You think you got all the information, but then you are double checking yourself. At least that was the case with me. So I really appreciated that Ray cooly handled my huge meltdown of “Oh my gosh, what have I done, why did I buy this expensive car” few days following the purchase. Neither him nor the sales staff pushed with purchasing any of the extra services that can be included in the package. They gave their recommendations, provided their reasoning on why they recommend it, but at the end let you make up your mind, and don’t pressure you. The service of the folks at the dealership is excellent. All operations run smooth, the staff is very good about communicating effectively with each other, and they are comfortable with email communications!!! A big “Yay” in my books. So if you decide that Nissan car is what you want to go with, do your research, and then take your information to Campbell Nissan to get your car! More

Kat Byrd was so friendly and efficient, we ended up buying two cars! We had waited for the Leaf for four months, and Kat sent us regular emails updating us. When it came in, I asked about a particular buying two cars! We had waited for the Leaf for four months, and Kat sent us regular emails updating us. When it came in, I asked about a particular model VW (the Campbell Nelson VW dealership is right next door.) They "just happened" to have the new Golf TDI with tech package (had just come in off the truck), and it was sitting there waiting for us to do a test drive when we picked up the Leaf. We've traded in our 20mpg car and now have one that is averaging 45 and another (the Leaf) that is 100mpge+. Throughout the process, Kat has been present, friendly and handling all the details on their end. This is the second (and third) car we've bought from Campbell Nelson, and we'll be back (in a few years.) More

We had originally wanted to purchase a vehicle next door at Volkswagen for my daughter. John had the Jetta all cleaned up and ready for delivery. While my husband was in the midst of inspecting the vehicle, my daughter and I wondered into Campbell's showroom floor and saw the cutest car, the Versa. This Vehicle was much better than what we were ready to drive off with. Being a Nissan family, it was obvious on which car we were going home with. Immediately she test drove the vehicle, came back and signed all the paperwork. John sat with her in the vehicle ensuring she understood all the functions and gauges necessary prior to leaving the dealership. They were in the car for quite some time. John was very patient and answered all her questions. Once again...John Kelch ROCKS!!! Our next vehicle, the Murano, will of course be purchased with John at Campbell Nelson Nissan. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members that have assisted us in all our needs with the purchases and maintenance of all our Nissan vehicles. Have a terrific New Year!!! More
Matt was great. He showed us a varity was cars and that we had asked about and also showed us a crossover vehicle which we hadn't even considered. The Rogue was great an we bought one.
