After going to 6 dealerships I chose to buy from this one because of John, He and I talked about what I was looking for. he wanted to make sure I understood what I doing. after I told him I was looking at because of John, He and I talked about what I was looking for. he wanted to make sure I understood what I doing. after I told him I was looking at two other dealers he gave me some tips, he asked me to call him and let him know I got the car I wanted. He did not call to bug me. After I told him that I found one and the cost of it he told me he would beat it and he did buy a lot. He worked well with my wife, and my. that's very very in-portent to me. I will see him in a year for a new truck. I will also tell everyone I know to see him. this is the kind of service I like from a dealership. Thanks so much John you rock and we love are new car. More
My husband and I needed a newer car. Our old 2 door car needed some work and we were really looking for a newer, more reliable 4 door family friendly car. We spent allll day going from dealership to dealership. Sure there were cars we liked, but we were uneasy about the salespeoples attitudes and the pressure we felt. We walked into Campbell Nelson a little frustrated and very tired. We explained that we wanted a car with 4 doors, with a payment of 200 dollars or less, and we were open to what kind of car. I was expecting the run around that I got at previous dealerships..but..Charlie DIDNT walk us all over the lot. He DIDNT even show us cars that would take us over our 200 dollar per month payment idea. And most importantly, HE MADE US FEEL WELCOME. We didn't feel pressured. I liked that we felt like friends, buying a car from friends. Although I was uneasy about having a carpayment again, we had a great experience. The whole team went above and beyond to make "our first big purchase as a married couple" go well. I am thankful to have found such a great dealership so close to home. All around a great experience. I would recommed Campbell Nelson to ANYONE who wants a great, stress free car buying experience! More
I have purchased 3 new vehicles fro Ray Ishak including a Maxima, Exterra and Versa. I always deal with Ray because he is honest and works hard to give me the best deal. This is the second new Nissan we have purchased from Campbell-Nelson, the first being our 2008 Versa. Car shopping is always an ordeal for me, as I am a short-statured person, and not every car will work. Also, cars that look "small" on the outside aren't necessarily built for someone who is short! It seems a lot of people don't recognize that, and I have to point it out to them. (I know when a sales person starts with, "try this car, it's small", he doesn't have a clue!) Jon saw us looking at cars, trying the power seats, etc., and almost the first thing he mentioned was that there was a company that could build an accelerator and/or brake extension if I should need it--the first time anyone has Ever offered such a thing to me! (And I must say, we have spent the better part of the past six weeks looking at cars of all kinds.) He anticipated the need before I even expressed it. We were in Campbell-Nelson looking at cars two or three times, as we had time to do it. We tried several--the Nissan Sentra, a Nissan Altima Coupe, and a VW Passat. We weren't interested in the Coupe, and it didn't seem to fit me as well as the sedan that I had tried in the showroom, so Jon arranged to have a sedan out for us to try, and we went back again, and took a test drive--much better! Then I sat in the Passat again--it had gotten down to a choice between those two. Jon waited patiently while we tried different things, but the clincher was when I couldn't reach to close the trunk lid of the Passat. That took care of that, and we went with the Altima! We ended up getting the "ocean gray" model that was on the show room floor, and he arranged for a heating unit to be added to the driver's seat, which took an extra day or two. Tomorrow I'll be calling to make an appointment for the accelerator extension--I can drive my new car without it, but it's a stretch, and if I need to drive any distance, that constant stretch is very hard on my arthritic knee. Today when we picked up the car, Jon went thru all the various "bells and whistles" of our new car, and helped me set up the Bluetooth feature with my cell phone. He had me try calling my husband's cell phone (he was in the back seat!) and then had him call me, so I would know how to make and answer calls this new-to-me way. Since this is my second Nissan, much of the equipment is similarly placed as in my Versa, so the change between vehicles is progressing smoothly. It's always a pleasure to deal with your company; everyone is always so friendly. I also like that you work with various local charities (particularly Christian ones), giving back to the community. That means a lot to us. More

She stayed late to help us out, gave us time alone to think things through (and entertained our kids while we did so!). Highly recommended all around. We would recommend Campbell Nelson in general and Kat in particular to anyone who asked. More
I have bought 5 other Nissan's in the past from another dealership and I have to my experience with Campbell Nelson and mostly Ray Ishak was by far more superior! My buying experience with Ray was outstanding and I love my new 2011 Murano. I will definately recommend Campbell Nelson and Ray to everyone that I know. More

My overall experience with Campbell Nelson Nissan was a positive one, and especially a big thanks to John Kelch. I had no intention of buying a new car and had no idea what I was going to buy and no idea if I was going used or new. I just told myself, I was going to buy from whichever dealership could make me the best deal and where I was most comfortable. I had walked away from one dealership because the vibe just wasn't happening and I didn't feel welcomed from them. I visited several dealerships and my last stop was Campbell Nelson Nissan. As I was on my way there, I even received a call from Honda, asking me to come back as they were sure they could do something for me. I am so happy that I ignored that call and continued driving to CNN. I typically do not like going thru the process of buying a car nor do I care for most of the sales staff, but John Kelch made my experience a most uplifting one. We connected well and he has the best sales personality. I had never laughed so much thru a car buying experience. I never ever felt pressured by him and he made my visit very warm and welcoming. I would also like to say the finance department made this possible as I do not have perfect credit, and honestly, didn't think I was going to be able to buy a car at all, but they made it happen and at a great interest rate too. I absolutely love my new car and will continue doing business with Campbell Nelson Nissan. I have already referred my brother as he has interest in the new versa. If your in the market, definitely visit Campbell Nelson Nissan and ask for John Kelch! We all may have a specific car in mind that we want, but I believe it is more than that, it is the overall experience that should play an important role in your purchasing experience.
