The experience was pleasant at our test drive, selecting the exact color and other options for the car. When the car got here, we got a call and were on our way to collect it. The paperwork was painless, easy to read through and understand. We (and our 2 kids) are very happy with the experience, the car and are enjoying driving it. They were patient with our questions, our kids, and took the time to see it all through. More

From the moment we met, Matty was very chatty about personal stories & dealership function/service rather than attending to my request for a test drive on a used vehicle. After a full 10 minutes of his rambling - he asked me about financing & "doing the numbers" when we hadn't even seen the vehicle yet much less gotten to drive it. When we finally got to the vehicle, it was fenced in so he hadn't taken the time to move the car knowing I was interested in a test drive that day. Once on the freeway, I hadn't even gotten the car up to highway speed when he asked if I would take the next exit & return to city driving. All in all not a pleasant experience and poor customer service. More
