Being new to US, I was stuck with limited options to buy a used car due to lack of good financing options (since I have no credit history). Roy was extremely helpful in getting me the right vehicle with a clean history. I bought a used Honda Civic. It runs great! I got a second opinion from friends who drove it and suggested it was a good purchase. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend Roy to all of my contacts. The best part that I found out later was - Roy sold a Nissan some time back to my Boss who also recommended him! More

I purchased a one year old Nissan Maxima from John O'Brien a year ago and am very pleased with the price and quality of the car. Dealership was clean and very well laid out. John was incredibly friendly and had incredible knowledge on the 2014 Nissan Versa Note that we test drove. He was able to answer any and all of our questions during the test drive. As a result, that ended up being the car we bought. Purchase process was very painless and no one was pushy on the "extras". Time from test drive to driving away with the Versa was about a little over an hour. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be processed John took the time to show my wife and I the service center so we were familiar with it's setup when the time came for the first maintenance appointment. Overall this was a great experience and I'll be using Campbell Nelson for service on my Versa going forward. More

We have always bought our cars from the same dealer ship and never thought we would need to look else where.....but after two kids and two dogs, we finally had to come to terms with giving up the well loved and never thought we would need to look else where.....but after two kids and two dogs, we finally had to come to terms with giving up the well loved Subaru and up grade to something bigger. This was something my husband and I were NOT looking forward to... especially knowing that we would have to go to a another dealer ship AND have to deal with a new salesman. So... we did our research, came up with a game plan and began the dreaded process. I emailed Campbell Nelson and in less than three sentences told them what were looking for and the asking trade in value of our current car. John Kelch called me first thing the next day, we told him what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, and he said "when every your ready you come in and see me and we will see what we can do". AND let me tell you..John did just that and BETTER!!!!....He was able to make our payments lower than what we were willing to pay AND got us a better trade in value... I KNOW!!!!!!! No fuss No muss..were there for two hours (and most of that was just the bank stuff) and we walked out with a bigger, newer and better car. I would HIGHLY recommend Campbell Nelson and John (but I am sure everyone else is just as awesome!). GO SEE HIM!!!!! More

Very pleasant experience. I really hate being greeted by a salesman (really mobbed is more the word at some places we stopped) when I get out of my car at a dealership. At Campbell Nissan I got out, walked a salesman (really mobbed is more the word at some places we stopped) when I get out of my car at a dealership. At Campbell Nissan I got out, walked in unbothered, and started browsing the new cars on the sales floor. While I wanted to see the various Nissan models, I really went to look at the Nissan Leaf. After a few minutes a salesman asked if we he could answer any questions. From there we learned about the models and features, test drove, and before long I was convinced the Leaf was the right choice. We talked price and financing, picked the car from ones on the lot, and closed the deal. Drove home a couple of hours later! No pressure, no fuss, no hard sell tactics...just friendly people that want to sell cars. Go figure! More
