John is probably the best car salesman, and man in general, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so helpful and attentive; I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had been looking to lease a Leaf and had visited various showrooms and dealerships, but as soon as I entered Campbell Nelson, John was there to help me. He was able to locate a car for me from a different dealer and then proceeded to get a price on a car that was beyond my expectations; all in ten minutes. This just blew my mind! I knew that if I was at another dealership with the same situation, it could have taken at least an hour. Not only was John patient and willing to show me (a first time leaser) how he broke down the numbers and how to get the best lease deal, but everything else he did in front of me too, which was so helpful. None of “let me go and check with my manager” like a lot of other salesmen and dealerships do. The best thing was, when I came back to collect my car, John was able to negotiate an even lower lease deal, and everything was so smooth and easy. John and the rest of the Campbell Nelson team are wonderful; I wish I could give a higher rating. Thanks so much you guys, I loved my experience and I love my car! I did all the homework I could on every vehicle before stepping a foot into any showroom floor so that I could make an informed decision and separate fact from fiction when necessary. In part, because unlike the great customer service I received from John K. and the other good folks at Campbell Nelson, other dealers fell short. It wasn't even close. Great customer service, integrity, trust; just to name some of what I experienced working with John K., the top notch Fleet/Internet Sales Manager. He constantly went above my expectations. All of this, in my opinion, leads to repeat customers. Without any reservation I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next auto purchase. No pressure sales, great sense of humor, gave me the all facts and then some - even took time to break down a comparison between used make/model they had vs. competing dealerships. There is no comparison, not is this area, Campbell Nelson Nissan is superior. More

I was sick of the horrible gas millage my truck was getting so I looked into an affordable car that got good gas mileage and the Nissan Versa was at the top of my list. I wanted the base model because I wanted to have a low monthly payment. So long story short at first they did not have any base models in stock but when they did I think Jennifer gave me a call and said "Hey we got a few in stock, no pressure if your ready let us know." I called them back and talked to John Kelch, John was VERY easy to deal with and got me a great interest rate and is/was a no xxxxxxxx kind of guy. The only thing I would've done differently was I should have had them bring the price down about $600 dollars, but that night I didn't not have the time nor patience to haggle. However on a base model Versa they aren't making a huge profit on it anyways. Overall it was a great first time car buying experience and I love that little car! More

I needed to trade in my Jeep for a car that would better suit my families needs and after a few weeks of looking around i found what i was looking for at Campbell Nelson. My wife and I just happened upon Campbell Nelson Nissan at the end of the day after checking out several makes and models over the weekend. Although it was near closing time at the dealer and there was no time for a test drive. Matty took time to show us the car we were interested in and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about all the features and options available. He knew we were just looking and had not made any decisions yet, and showed total respect with no pressure or expectation to buy on the spot. The next day I went for a test drive and Matty had the car ready to go. I told him I had a certain budget to work with and with no hassles or haggling he made it happen. Nissan provides VIP service, beginning with Matty Clough. Matty spent time with me, learning my needs and hopes for the perfect car. He learned I was handicapped and needed a car with exceptional seating. He learned I had a child which means I needed safety and room. We "found" the car to best fit my needs (Pathfinder), but I couldn't quite afford it. I went home some what defeated, but got a call from Matty within a few hours of leaving the store. He had found the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford. I couldn't believe my luck in finding Matty as my dealer. He took the time to assess my needs, find the right car at the right price, and even after the papers were signed, he made sure I was happy with every detail.
