The most recent experience required me to break lease on my Leaf and get a different vehicle. I was not looking forward to the process but my one source of hope in the process was John. I called John to look at one car and after agreeing to buy that car I changed my mind. John was great in helping me identify the best car for me that day. Rather than pressuring me to buy a specific car he had my best interest in mind. Overall I am very happy with my new car and working with John. I will continue to work with Campbell Nelson and John in years to come. More
Good price; easy to deal with John Kelch gave the fleet/internet price, no hassle; as good a price as we got anywhere; comparable w/ Consumer Reports target, on a mid-range Leaf. D John Kelch gave the fleet/internet price, no hassle; as good a price as we got anywhere; comparable w/ Consumer Reports target, on a mid-range Leaf. Did some serious work to find color/model/features we wanted; not so easy in the 2014/15 transition, w/ a new 2015 color. Kept promises; did not over-promise. Delivered in time range we needed. More
Bad customer service VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ALL THAT WE HAVE GOT IS AN INSULT FROM A SALES MANAGER!!! I have been there this afternoon and was greeted by John Kel VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ALL THAT WE HAVE GOT IS AN INSULT FROM A SALES MANAGER!!! I have been there this afternoon and was greeted by John Kelch saying that he is ***GRUMPY*** today. So why would a sales manager work if he is grumpy????? He would have taken a day off instead!! We wanted to buy an Altima and were negotiating the price (as he told us that the price is negotiable over the phone while scheduling the appointment) and that is when he got so impatient and yelled at us saying that we insulted him and is not going to sell the car (which in fact is the other way round, He banged the table and said "I have 25 years of sales experience and you have NOTHING!"). He shouldn't have said that the price is negotiable in the first place when he can't deal with the customer the right way and respect them. We really like the car and wanted to take it. It would usually take sometime to get to a final price when you are negotiating, but John doesn't seem to have that patience to negotiate! Instead he complained that we are wasting his time and were asked to leave which is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, in fact it was just waste of our time driving 40mins all the way to Edmonds. Even after all this happened, we gave it a thought and spoke to him again but he wasn't ready to talk and sell the car. He in fact increased the price than the one he originally offered. I have worked in finance & insurance domains but never insulted/yelled at a customer. We always believed that customer is king. I agree that they have good inventory but this is not the way they should treat their customers. I would never go back to them again! I would recommend this dealership only for the inventory. More

Next while working on a recall, they mismarked the service sticker on the dash, again, they did not test drive the car in the morning to hear the rattles again as they said they would. Brought the car back, service department would not look at any reported issues that is listed on Nissan USA as known issues, would not look at recorded video of the noises, argued that I if they fixed it once it couldn't happen again, brought out a tech to discuss the last repair, ten minutes in the tech said, I didn't work on your car this doesn't sound familiar, service guy that brought him out , left and never looked to notice who they said worked on the car actually didn't, did not acknowledge the likelihood they didn't even service the car. 3rd trip, wanted a 10000 mile service, tires rotated and brakes adjusted to see if that would help, What I got was insulation in the dash to fix rattles, sound was back the next morning and has become louder, I didn't get the service I asked for, I got an oil change and a visual inspection even after reminding them on the phone on a call back of what I wanted. They do not listen to people, do not put any effort in to solving problems, and they do not research issues on the cars they sell. They really do about 25% effort on servicing cars. On the call back after the last fix, I was told the service manager would call back, they never did, most likely it is because they determined they cannot resolve issues with cars that go beyond insulating tape. service response was sent on November 5th, nothing has come back to me since. Easy and Thorough I recently leased a Nissan Leaf at Campbell Nelson Nissan and John Kelch was our salesman. I met him, because a friend of mine Leased a Leaf from him I recently leased a Nissan Leaf at Campbell Nelson Nissan and John Kelch was our salesman. I met him, because a friend of mine Leased a Leaf from him a year ago and said he was "The Man". My experience was painless, quick, thorough and fun. He made the experience easy, they even purchased my old Toyota Tacoma Truck for a good price, which, had nothing to do with the lease agreement on my new Leaf. An all cash deal, that, went through without a hassle of any sort. John taught me about my new vehicle and made sure I was happy and felt satisfied with the deal and was safe to drive home my new vehicle. I would recommend John Kelch to any of my friends, who are looking to lease or purchase a new Leaf, John is the most knowledgeable and humble, (he is happy in his own skin) Automobile Peddler, I have ever worked with, over the years. Horrible customer service, complete let down After being a customer of Campbell Nelson for the last 9 years (purchased a car in 2006 and a pathfinder this year 2014) I've been left with a foul ta After being a customer of Campbell Nelson for the last 9 years (purchased a car in 2006 and a pathfinder this year 2014) I've been left with a foul taste in my mouth after today. I went in to pick up mud flaps costing $160 for my pathfinder which I paid $50k for in May. Upon receiving the mud flaps I asked the part associate if someone could help me install these now or show me the correct way to do it, he said for a fee service may be able to do it. I pointed out that I spent $160 for them on a car which I paid you $50k for and all he said was talk to service. I went to ththe service desk and asked for help installing the mud flaps, the guy looked at me like a deer in headlights, after receiving no response I offered to pay for the install, at that point the guy looks at them and says he thinks they use normal screws and that I could do myself. Disgusted I begin to leave the delarship and on my way out let the front desk lady know what just happened. She supposedly was writing a note on a post it that she was going to give to the service manager, however she didn't ask for my name or contact info. I had no idea that this place no longer values its customers, repeat business or someone who is asking for simple help. Whoever a running the show must now only focus on making the sales then turning your back on your customers afterwards. After going to this delarship for the last 9 years of services and buying 2 cars there I will never set foot in there again! I'm so grossed out by the whole vibe and treatment I received that I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible, nothing but a bunch of lazy, non customer focused jerks. What happened to meeting a customers expectation or at least completing a task when offered to be paid for it?! This place is a joke!!! More
