We decided to take the car to Campbell Ford Dealership in Niles, Michigan to see if they could fix it. A young man named Brandon, took all the necessary information and the car was taken in immediately to have the sensor replaced. Total time from entering the dealership and leaving with a new sensor? One hour, tops! Wow. What a great service department. I can't say enough how pleased we were with such quick, professional service. We live in NY, but if we lived anywhere near this dealership, we would definitely considering buying our next car from Campbell Ford. More

They are very service driven, came in picked up my car, left me a loaner, changed my oil and rotated my tires in less than an hour, before I knew it my car was back, washed AND VACCUUMED!!! Campbell Ford was extremely helpful on two separate circumstances. When my car was broken into, they fixed the window and the motor for the window in great time, also making payment arrangements with m circumstances. Then three weeks later when my ignition went out, they came to my house to look at it at no charge, towed it, and gave me a rental vehicle until it was fixed. On top of all of that, they helped me with another payment arrangement and only charged the quoted price, even though it took 3x longer than they had expected. The staff was very friendly, did everything they could to help me financially, and delivered quality service. More
