Very poor communication. No sense of urgency to answer my questions. Felt like he was avoiding my calls. Alluded to my car not being his priority at the time. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. We bought this car there because of the amazing customer service that we had back in 2019/2020 with repairs on our old car. Totally changed now.
