In for an oil change and out with a new Explorer It was time for an oil change on my leased Ford Edge. It's a great vehicle and we've loved it the past 3 years. While I waiting, I spoke with Jason, w It was time for an oil change on my leased Ford Edge. It's a great vehicle and we've loved it the past 3 years. While I waiting, I spoke with Jason, who heads up the lease program. Our lease was due in another month or so. We talked about the possibilities of purchasing the Edge or getting a new lease on a new vehicle. Naturally, I was hoping for a lower monthly payment on a step-up vehicle, and Jason delivered! We're now driving a beautiful, new top-of-the-line Explorer with all the bells and whistles. It was quick and Jason made it easy. This is our fifth lease with Campbell in addition to the F-150 my husband purchased 3 years ago. Thank you, Campbell's and Jason -- I love my Explorer! More

oil , filters change aa usual, my service was great!!!!!!! I made a apt on the phone and when I got there the door opened and away I went to the waiting room and had coffe aa usual, my service was great!!!!!!! I made a apt on the phone and when I got there the door opened and away I went to the waiting room and had coffee and cookies. a short time later the service lady appered with a clogged air filter (didn't ask for this) but I told her to change it and thanked her. a short while later while I was eating my breakfast she told me I was finished but to take my time and finish eating. so all in all lit was great service. i'm not good at remembering names but she did good!!!
