The service attendant always has a smile on his face. I really appreciate the vehicle report sheet as it provides immediate feedback on condition of important items. I also received excellent service from the receptionist as I was initially unable to sign into Ford Pass. The waiting area always has coffee, snacks, and comfortable chairs. The service department is kind and caring. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is that whoever serviced my 2017 Ford Fusion didn’t check my tire pressure when or if they rotated my tires! All my tires had 29 I wasn’t happy about is that whoever serviced my 2017 Ford Fusion didn’t check my tire pressure when or if they rotated my tires! All my tires had 29,30,30 and 31 lbs. of air. So now I have to fill them up myself. More
