I was very impressed with the fast service I recently received from Campbell Ford in replacing the engine in my 2018 Escape. Never felt better about Ford until I came to Campbell! !! Siemens ford in Bridgman mi had me ready to trade in my vehicle!!! Worst service ever and they caused a lot of damage to my explorer. I NORMALLY DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE TEAM. MY LATEST VISIT HOWEVER, THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE 2 MORE DAYS THAN ANTICIPATED. WHEN I GOT IT BACK IT VERY DIRTY, ALL THE SCRAPINGS FROM HAVING REMOVED T MY LATEST VISIT HOWEVER, THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE 2 MORE DAYS THAN ANTICIPATED.
