When I got there they said my appt was the week before; it wasn't. They offered that appt but I couldn't because I already had another appt. that day so took the appt for 2/14 at 10:30. First they told me they couldn't work me in, the offered to come to Coloma and get the car and then bring it back. I said I'd just take it to Sparkle. They did work me in after checking with the service manager. They said my battery was in the 'red' zone; asked if I wanted to replace it. I said no. When I got home I looked at the mfg CCP was compared to what my battery was and my battery was 80% of mfg CCP. Unless a person is having trouble starting their car, 50% is more the norm to replace a battery. Other than that they were quite fast, apologetic about the appt mixup and washed the car. More

Addressed the issue with my F350 and really took care of me and the work ended up being covered under warranty.
