I had the privilege of working with Andrew and he is just awesome. I found my car online and used "click to chat" to get in touch with the dealership. The chat agent Nicole put me in touch with Andrew from the sales team. From the very start Andrew was respectful of me and answered all of my questions honestly and openly, which is a complete 180 from the other dealerships I contacted. I made an appointment to drive to Benton to look at the car in person, and Andrew was kind enough to "pull" the car from inventory so that it wouldn't sell before I could get there. Despite the dealership being VERY busy on Saturday, I never once felt rushed, ignored, or mistreated in anyway. There were some periods of waiting as the paperwork was completed, but Andrew and others checked in on my regularly and apologized profusely for the wait. I cannot recommend them enough. More
