A Very Pleasant Buying Experience We pull a large 5th wheel and travel a lot. Consequently, and thanks to the internet, I shopped for trucks all over the west and mid west. My process We pull a large 5th wheel and travel a lot. Consequently, and thanks to the internet, I shopped for trucks all over the west and mid west. My process brought me to the conclusion that I wanted to replace our 2009 Ford with a new Ram 3500 MegaCab dually. One morning as we neared our home in Washington at the tail end of a 6 week trip to the mid west, I googled "Ram truck dealers in Washington." I started going through inventories one by one and was disappointed by the scarcity of trucks that fit my criteria. Then I clicked on Campbell's site and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had what I was looking for AND that their pricing was very reasonable. I called and spoke to Mike Collier to get more info. There was no pressure and no BS. I told Mike that we were going to be in the area of the dealer that claims to be the biggest Mopar dealer in the world and I planned to check out trucks there. He actually encouraged me to do so, saying I would pay more there. I visited the other dealer and Mike was right. Our truck is a Laramie Limited. At the other dealership, I was quoted basically the same price we paid - but for just a Laramie - not a Limited - that lacked the factory sprayed-in bed liner, 5th wheel/goose neck hitch prep package and wheel to wheel steps that we have on our Limited. Of course, they would gladly have added the needed accessories - for a price. Mike was right - we would have paid more at the dealer that claims to be the biggest and lowest priced in the world. I called Campbell back the next morning. Mike was off, so I spoke to John Goodwin. I told John that we would be in their area the following week and scheduled a time to come in and drive the truck. He asked if I would like to put a deposit on the truck to hold it. I did and shortly thereafter our truck's ad was pulled from the internet. These guys are good. We arrived at the dealership at our appointed time and the truck was sitting out front and standing tall. The diesel and DEF tanks were both full. John went over the features and operation of the truck in a very professional and informative manner, then we took about a 10 mile road test. WOW, what a truck! Back at the dealership, the Sales Manager came out to introduce himself and to my very pleasant surprise, it was my old friend Chris Burt who I hadn't seen in a number of years. A great bonus for me to cap off the best car deal I've ever made! We got a great price on our new truck, a fair price for our trade, a good rate on our loan and a reasonable price on a 7 year / 120,000 mile extended warranty all with no pressure and no BS. Campbell is off of I-5 a little ways in downtown Centrailia. If you're considering a Mopar vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Campbell shot at your business. More

No pushy sales tactics, very truthful and knowledgeable! I called looking for a 4 door Jeep after looking at other dealership inventories, expecting to find another pushy salesperson. What I found was the e I called looking for a 4 door Jeep after looking at other dealership inventories, expecting to find another pushy salesperson. What I found was the exact opposite. Brandon was my sales person and he set up an appointment for me to come in. Once there, he let me go over the vehicle and answered just about all questions I had. He even answered them with complete honesty unlike other dealerships in the area. Once we made our mind on the vehicle, Brandon let us know what was going to happen and how long it should take. Once all offers and applications were submitted we were heading home with a new Jeep! Only other time I had service like this was with the Porsche/Audi dealer in Oklahoma city. Mind you I've owned close to 30 cars all bought from a dealer and this is the best I've been treated so far. Thanks again! More

We all have the same concerns and worries; purchase price, trade in value, but most important, the honesty and integrity of the salesman. Brandon Rakes is the definition of honesty and integrity. We consider him not just as a salesman, but as a friend as well. He had our best interest at heart. Very knowledgeable, no high pressure and he actually listened to our specific wants and needs. He didn't waste our time showing us something we didn't want or promise something that he couldn't deliver. He took the time to show us how to work all of the new "gadgets" in our new truck. He is well informed about the vehicles he sells, from the engine, fuel mileage, electronics, etc. He is always honest about price.
