Initially gave a good rating. Changing that now based on the fact that a week after buying the car warning lights are coming on, there’s a burning smell, engines knocking and Braedan (our sales person) pret the fact that a week after buying the car warning lights are coming on, there’s a burning smell, engines knocking and Braedan (our sales person) pretty much told us sorry for your luck and basically should’ve bought a new car with a warranty. Unprofessional and has offered no solution or assistance. Waiting for a response from the GM. Feel like we were sold a lemon, and now that the transaction is complete they’re done with us. Would. not recommend at this point. Had an issue several years back with Landers. They gave us a rental for 3 weeks, replaced the engine, and took care us. No warranty was ever purchased, but they stood behind everything and we didn’t pay a dime. That’s customer service and how you build a name for a company.. More
