I'm an online shopper. Here are the pros and cons of my experience. Pros: Without being asked, the salesman emailed me a video of the vehicle the next morning after my late-night online inquiry. That wa experience. Pros: Without being asked, the salesman emailed me a video of the vehicle the next morning after my late-night online inquiry. That was impressive. All paperwork was able to be completed online. They delivered my vehicle from Benton to North Little Rock. Financing was able to lower my interest rate and add gap insurance which only raised my payment about a dollar per month over the same 60-month term. Cons: After the numbers were decided and my credit had been pulled, I was told my vehicle was a new CTP (courtesy car) with 3000 miles. Also, I stated multiple times to remove the dealer decal from the back of my vehicle (they are usually crooked and very white) but it was still on there when delivered. I do recommend Campbell for their ease of buying a car online, but some improvement could be made regarding attention to detail. More

Was delivered a truck without a hubcap. Promised one the next day. 4 days went by before I got it. Day 16 after the sale that seemed so important to happen before the end of the month, my trade in loan has next day. 4 days went by before I got it.
