I am very displeased with my experience at this dealership. I was intentionally sold a car that had a bad transmission and I was lied to by the salesman and told there was nothing wrong with the ca dealership. I was intentionally sold a car that had a bad transmission and I was lied to by the salesman and told there was nothing wrong with the car but needing new front tires and a windshield replacement. The car started acting up less than an hour after leaving the dealership and when I reached out to the salesman to let him know, I was basically told that he had already dropped the price $1000 (which he said was because of the need for tires and a windshield) and that he had no intentions of doing anything in regards to the issue. I test drove the car and there was nothing seemingly wrong upon the test drive with the transmission, but as the car warms up, the issues began to show up. I am highly disappointed that I have now spent a large amount of money on something that has no use to me. I have reached out to my local Attorney General’s office as well as the Better Business Bureau as such misrepresentation should not be allowed. Hopefully they can help me to get some resolution in this matter. More
