The buying process took almost 6 hours because of negotiating. I offered a price difference I was willing to pay at the beginning of the process and they countered back with a difference of $7000 mor negotiating. They were finally able to meet me at my price, but only after I drive down the road in their vehicle and found another one almost identical that was thousands less. Also, they didn’t tell us until after we signed that they didn’t have both sets of keys, only one. If I had known this, we would have included that in the negotiations. I talked with the owner that traded in the vehicle I bought and he told me that he gave Campbell Dodge both sets of keys. Campbell Dodge says they can’t find it. That will cost me a few hundred extra dollars which is ridiculous when you are buying a $60,000 used truck. More

After weeks of looking for a Jeep in my local area of MS and having no luck, I stretched my search area out a bit. I ran across the Jeep I had been looking for and after a quick phone conversation with Mar and having no luck, I stretched my search area out a bit. The distance of 4.5 hours away and never laying my eyes on the vehicle was a different experience than I’ve ever experienced, but Marshall took care of me and made sure my Jeep got fixed up like I wanted it.
