Bought a "new" Ram Limited online from them over a month ago. I was told it was a demo with about 2000 miles on it. Made the deal with my trade in no problem. Upon delivery, found out it had 4500 miles a ago. I was told it was a demo with about 2000 miles on it. Made the deal with my trade in no problem. Upon delivery, found out it had 4500 miles and noticed one of the step rails was missing. I guess they had used it as a parts car. The driver played Sargent Schultz with me about both issues. Should have refused it and let him him drive it back to Benton. Contacted them and the salesman played Sargent Schultz too about the mileage but promised me they would pick up my truck and replace the step once the part came in which it did. I didn't want the extra 500 miles put on it driving it back to the dealer so I told them I would install the step myself if the would ship it too me. They said no problem. This was a month ago. Still no part. UPS tracking info thinks it is lost. Probably never sent. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt but I'm at my limit of xxxxxxxx with this dealership. They seem dishonest and unorganized and show no attention to detail. Very poor experience. More
