I bought a used car so I understand the difference in product I’m getting. But the radiator overfill cap was missing from my vehicle and I was told that i was owed one, thinking that it would be on the product I’m getting. But the radiator overfill cap was missing from my vehicle and I was told that i was owed one, thinking that it would be on the vehicle when I left, it was not and I had to go order one myself. I bought two vehicles on this date and me and my wife left the dealership with less than a 1/4 tank of gas in both vehicles. All 8 tires were missing valve stem caps, and it was stressed to me the maintenance check that was done on the vehicles and some of this on me because I did not drive it in reverse. But there is a knock in my passenger wheel when I back out of my drive way. So all in all, super nice guys but friendly service inside, but I’m sure just like any other used car lot, just pushing them out with little knowledge of the vehicle itself. More
