Bought a Jeep with a bad mirror. I was promised to get a replacement but I haven’t received any communication at all. I also was told payment was 568 but now it’s 589, I have left messages with Torin on my replacement but I haven’t received any communication at all. Literally the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in terms of paperwork. They had nothing done, despite pre filling out all requested papers, I had to email documents to four different people, and the terms of paperwork. They had nothing done, despite pre filling out all requested papers, I had to email documents to four different people, and the best part was the manager. Oh he was great, neglecting to mention I couldn't make a down payment using a debit card so I had to have my wife drive an hour and a half to bring me my dinosaur checkbook to make the payment. You have four cars for sale, its not like you were too busy to get this done right. More
