Waited six hours for new tires and front end alignment. This Service should have taken 45 minutes. I was not informed of length of service, I would have arranged for a ride. Didn’t get anything done I scheduled an appointment a week in advanced. I dropped it off for the airbag recall. I called around noon the next day to see if they were done. No I scheduled an appointment a week in advanced. I dropped it off for the airbag recall. I called around noon the next day to see if they were done. No one returned my call. I was going out of town so I asked my sister to pick it up when they did call. They finally called right before close and said they ran out of airbags and didn’t get to work on it. If they had answered my call I could have picked it up before I left for my trip. Why didn’t they keep airbags for people who scheduled an appointment? I hope they do better if I take it back again in a month to try again. More
