Camino real service center review I've unfortunately found myself returning to this service center repeatedly for the same issue, only to have my concerns dismissed time and again. The lack of resolutio found myself returning to this service center repeatedly for the same issue, only to have my concerns dismissed time and again. The lack of resolution eventually resulted in catastrophic failures, including a new transmission and EV battery. They held my car for an entire month during which little to no progress was communicated. After finally getting my car back, it was disheartening to find that the initial problem persisted. As if to add insult to injury, within just 40 miles of driving after the supposed repairs, the check engine light illuminated again. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when trusting them with such critical repairs. Each visit leaves me with more frustration and disappointment. Despite them having a complete history of my car, the attempts to resolve issues seem half-hearted at best. This experience has convinced me to explore other service centers. I am actively looking for a place that values customer satisfaction and has the expertise to address mechanical issues effectively. In summary, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone who values their vehicle and peace of mind. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for competent and reliable service. More
I took my 2016 Silverado for a warranty repair I clearly told the advisor Michael serafin please don’t wash it, my truck is black and I know they wash the cars with a brush so I was trying to avoid getting told the advisor Michael serafin please don’t wash it, my truck is black and I know they wash the cars with a brush so I was trying to avoid getting swirls all of my truck and I had just gotten it ceramic coated a few days prior so they I picked up my truck they had washed it and it had a bunch of swirls and scratches so I go talk to the service manager he tells me they could polish it I told him if they polish it the ceramic coating was going to come off he said they couldn’t do anything about the ceramic coating that all they could do is polish it to remove the swirls so if you have black car make sure you tell them to don’t wash it or your going to get it back with a bunch of swirls. More

I am so disappointed in this dealership. We have brought our Chevy Suburban here for servicing since we bought it 10 years ago and let me tell you we brought it in for a lot of servicing - We have brought our Chevy Suburban here for servicing since we bought it 10 years ago and let me tell you we brought it in for a lot of servicing - we probably bought a lemon - probably spent close to $30,000 in repairs including a new engine. At 10 years this May it did not pass the smog check and we needed a copy of the invoice for the repairs (it still did not pass smog check even after the repairs were done in June). My husband always had them email the invoice to his email address on file. He called and was told no - new privacy policy - for a repair that he identified and has requested and was told he had to go in person with ID (work in Century City and it would have taken 3 hours to drive there and come back). They never ask for your ID when you take the car in and pay for the repairs - I guess it does not matter then when they want your money - but you suddently need it to get a copy of the invoice! I am the registered owner, I also called and was told no I could not get it either - even though they can confirm my identity as I have a public website and could send them a copy of my DL. I asked to speak to the manager and was given voice mail. Left a voice mail but no response back. Then called repeatedly the service department but the women there kept putting me on hold and then into voice mail, as they were clealy screening my calls. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - TALK ABOUT PURPOSEFULLY ANGERING YOUR CUSTOMER. We are done with them. In addition to never bringing this vehicle here, we will be consulting legal counsel on the multitude of poor repairs, including the failed smog repairs, and we will NOT be bringing our new 2023 Suburban here EVER. More

COMPLETE UTTER xxxxxxxx AVOID AT ALL COSTS . ... First new car purchase in my life and probably my last after the experience with this shady dealership. Ordered a brand new 2023 Corvette and wai ... Not mad that part I get.... they call me up at 3pm and tell me I have til 5pm to put in my order or lose my spot in line. Fine quickly put in my order and that's the last I hear, no updates nothing. Then I get the call randomly mid day hey your car came in.... you have til tomorrow to pay for it before we put it on the lot to sell it. So I rush give them credit cards to pay for part of it so they won't sell it and cancel work to get to the bank the next day to make sure it's paid for in full. Then it's "it needs to be off the lot in 2 days it can't stay here" after I just paid $73k in cash. I live out of state and would be taking the car out of state and told them that from day 1 when I placed the order a year ago. They told me they would "courtesy deliver it to me" and that it would be "loaded up" in the morning for delivery in Las Vegas... sweet! WRONG...They let some xxxxxx at the dealership drive my brand new car and deliver me a car with 300 miles and paint damage to it. So I contact them.... and they claim thats how they deliver cars and that the paint damage came from the factory. Ok I want it covered under warrant....oh no no can't do that and I'm offered $150 to fix it myself?!? Then the real problems started. They lost the MSO to my brand new car and lie to me saying that they're in California and they are the only Chevy dealer I've ever heard of in the country that doesn't receive them with delivery of the vehicle and it could be 6-8 weeks to get the MSO to even beable to title my new vehicle. OK.... well I've got a temp permit right? WRONG I drove the car 2 weeks before realizing they didn't even give me that and when I called to complain they were never there and no one would call me back. Until I disputed my credit card payments..... suddenly the manager is calling and trying to get it rushed delivered to me, after he berated me saying I should have know these things and clearly only doing anything because I disputed the payments. Now they get the MSO in and are holding it hostage until I pay the credit card chargebacks with a cashiers check so there is no recourse..... Absolute xxxxxxxx and don't even have the decency to call me literally the main manager said deal with the sales agent I won't talk to you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS More
