Expensive, poor communication with customers on status of vehicle, do not honor car battery warranty eventhough the battery indicates 84 months they only honor it for 36 months. Ridiculous. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change at 12:40pm. After waiting til 3:20pm in the waiting room I got up to find my advisor to see how long it would be. Saw my car was finished but advisor was nowhere to be found. Had to ask another person to help me. Upon pulling my paperwork it statedy vehicle was completed at 1:40pm. Waited an extra hour and a half for no reason. They link a "vehicle progress" page in a text and it was never updated. The only time it did update was when I paid and got my vehicle. Called the service manager and they said they would look into it. Offered a free oil change. Not using it. I'm not going back. More
