His reassurance that not all repairs were urgent on the day car was being serviced, was a relief because of the expense this would entail. I have shared the information with friends and relatives which was an education on the effects of AZ sun and heat overtime on rubber parts. I appreciate being able to wait in a comfortable environment for the car maintenance to be completed . Unfortunately, the cost of the car maintenance/ repair is very costly. Those I spoke with felt it was overpriced and suggested getting quotes from other mechanic shops. Chase Jim did give a loyalty and senior discount along with the coupon I brought in, That was a relief! But I was extremely disappointed about the charge to use my credit card for payment. This is something new that Camelback Toyota initiated. Public Relations 101: Change is good only if it makes things better for your customers! Where’s the corporation’s social responsibility to its customers?! As a senior who has been affected by a data breach, I do not use debit cards for security reasons. Toyota needs to take into account the needs of its vulnerable customers; Toyota’s social responsibility. Will I return to get the remainder of maintenance repairs done being that the cost is so high at Toyota? I will be considering the pros and cons. Is this advantageous for me? More
