Very VERY slow process. Told the salesman over the phone I had limited time to purchase a vehicle and took 5 HOURS. I wasn’t even shopping for a truck I knew what I wanted called and went down 30 minutes later to pick it up and still took 5 hours and didn’t even leave with the truck. I had to tell them SIX times I didn’t want the extended warranty but somehow it kept showing up on my finances whenever they wanted me to sign. The main saleswoman helping me was great but everyone else involved (finance, service department, secondary salesman) were horrible. I’d recommend Mayra to anyone looking to buy a car but anyone else that was involved in my experience needs some urgent retraining. Once I test drove the truck it didn’t have air conditioning. I expected what, 2 days for the repair? I bought it on a Friday so I thought okay I’ll get it Wednesday LATEST. NOPE. SEVEN DAYS. for an air compressor and brakes. And on TOP OF IT, the truck had a cut rate detail on it when I finally picked it up. I had to take it to a car wash same day and spent an hour vacuuming the interior and cleaning the screens. More

Very mediocre service; I really hoped to establish a long term relationship with Camelback Toyota because it is convenient location. But the car was not finished when promised. It took 2’5 hours for an oil term relationship with Camelback Toyota because it is convenient location. But the car was not finished when promised. It took 2’5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. It took10 minutes for a service advisor to greet me even though it was not busy and there were at least 10 advisors inside just chatting. More
