Interactions with the representative was nice and professional but after those points it was the stereotypical “dealership” with hidden fees and prices. The sales rep failed to mention the total pric professional but after those points it was the stereotypical “dealership” with hidden fees and prices. The sales rep failed to mention the total price when dealing with replacing my hybrid battery. The price given to me when I said it was a go was $5.3k and at the end of the day getting charged $6k. Where was that mentioned? Why are the sales rep failing to give their customers the honest and total price? It was frustrating ti be pushed in a corner without a way to get out when dealing with this ordeal. More
