We’ve been happy with the dealership and the service that we’ve had in the service station. This time was a little different. We were not as happy. The major issue was that we told Ted we were going on a ro we’ve had in the service station. This time was a little different. We were not as happy. The major issue was that we told Ted we were going on a road trip and he said if he were going on the road trip, he would do the flushing of all the fluids and everything and that’s just what he would do. I did a little research and then what I found was that the fluid should be inspected But most of the research I saw said probably didn’t have to change it to 100,000 miles and we have a little over 50,000. I guess the main issue is that we just felt like he was recommending things that didn’t need to be done. Then the report that came back outlining how the car was doing didn’t mention anything about these fluids that he was suggesting we pay a couple to $300 to get changed so it just gives us that feeling of can we trust the technicians like we did the first couple times it just puts that in the back of our mind. One of the things that we didn’t like was how certain parts of the report that were given to us were not completed, but we went and looked back at the last couple and it was the same way. There’s no report of the tire pressure no checking of the spare tire. The report also did not mark that the tires are rotated. Now the final report said those things were done, but all the boxes were blank on the multi point inspection form. Like I said, all those things were left blank on the prior reports but this time we had kind of a not as positive feeling so I was questioning them. The other thing, the writing that I guess the technicians or someone does on the driver side window was still left on the window. My wife said it was kind of a pain to get it off. We just did not have as positive a feeling on this visit as we’ve had on the prior visits. More
