I like this dealership because it is efficient and friendly. I wanted to buy a Lexis whe. I was looking for a new car but didn’t feel comfortable at that dealership. I was delighted to find the Venza friendly. I wanted to buy a Lexis whe. I was looking for a new car but didn’t feel comfortable at that dealership. I was delighted to find the Venza at Camelback Toyota where I purchased my Prius years earlier. I got the car I love and the dealership I love. Win win! More

Arrived on time sat 11Am waited til 330pm. No updates were provided until I walk to advisor office to ask for update. He said they don't have time to service my truck. I only received images o No updates were provided until I walk to advisor office to ask for update. He said they don't have time to service my truck. I only received images on hoses and other parts to replace without meeting w me to going over recommendations. I Had to come bk again on Monday during my work hrs for a/c svs to prepare for the summer and prevent a heat stroke as i work out in the community to make a difference. There's always long waiting times w no updates and poor communication. There's no point to schedule appointments. Be Honest about if a car service will require hours or days upfront to avoid wasting my whole Saturday and to plan better And avoid wasting time. More
