Tried to tell me a million things that were wrong with my car that were not true. Said I had an oil leak and informed them I just got my oil changed and if that’s the case I’ll bring it back to that place an car that were not true. Also told me I need to get my transmission fluid changed. I’ve been extremely on top of it due to getting a new transmission at 147,000 miles. I know I still have 30,000 miles till I need a fluid change. Told them and got a “oh yea it’s actually fine” was told I needed all new tires. I got all weather tires less then a year ago. Overall horrible experience and got scammed. Did my own research on the codes that pulled from my car and everything said dirty sensor. I cleaned the sensor and my light went off within 3 hours. This was a complete scam of a situation. Do better More
I bought a vehicle 11 months ago and have yet to be contacted regarding my 2nd key. In fact it has been delivered to the service center several times and sent back because no one has called to relay th contacted regarding my 2nd key. I have requested numerous times that a sensor in my vehicle be fixed over the past few years.
