I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry on May 10th. Within 12 hours of driving off the lot it was undrivable. It then spent over a week in the service department. After they told me it was fixed I have taken it in to be serviced twice because it turns off while I am driving, but I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. It has now been undrivable for over a week and I was promised a tow to the service department yet I haven't been reached out too and whenever I call, I keep getting the run around. I wanted to switch the vehicle out but due to the equity of my previous contract I would have to purchase a newer vehicle, which I can not afford nor do I qualify for. I have almost gotten into car accidents because this vehicle has shut off as I am driving. More
The service representatives are really nice, and great to work with. But the wait times can be ridiculous. Recently did a warranty tire replacemen, and it took 4 hours. Communication was clear and service was good. Repair took slightly longer than expected but due to complexity of some of the work.
