I will never step foot in this dealership again. For service, browsing, or purchasing. My purchasing experience was HORRIBLE but I still decided to give the service department a chance since they’re For service, browsing, or purchasing. Got to my appointment 20 minutes early and they did help me get started earlier. But, that’s when things started going down hill. This is my timeline: 9:40am get to my appointment and leave the car running when I leave it with the technician. 10am I see my truck go into service for JUST AN OIL CHANGE. 10:20am I see my truck come out of the service shop and get parked in the parking lot and thought wow super speedy I’m sold 11:11 I get a text that my technician found 7 issues with my truck that need to be addressed. Like I said my truck is already parked in the lot. No technician around it so does it need services or is it done? I decline all services. 11:55 I finally have to go ask someone why my truck is just sitting there and they say they “just finished” but again no text or call. 12 I finally leave. I have 3 main issues with all of this. 1) how did the technician do my oil change AND a full service inspection and oil change in 20 minutes? I know they put oil in because I checked when I got home. So did they not actually do the inspection and just lied about all these points my truck “failed”? 2) I bought this truck in May from camelback. You’re telling me they sold it to me with all these issues after it was in THEIR shop for 9 days after I bought it? ALL OF THESE ISSUES ARE ISSUES THAT OCCUR AFTER THIUSANDS OF MILES NOT 5k. And MAGICALLY all of the issues were issues outside my scam of a warranty I bought on the truck (which I was basically xxxxing bullied for 20 minutes into buying by the finance guy) 3) the ONLY thing that was touched in my truck on the interior was the dash cam I have installed was unplugged. I have footage up to when I dropped the truck off and it is supposed to record even when the truck is off, unless it is unplugged. And it wasn’t unplugged at the usb that goes into the 12v , it was unplugged at the camera that has a safety cable to stop it from being accidentally pulled out. Unless it coincidentally got unplugged on accident for the first time ever the same time I’m getting a service that is done in 20 minutes but was told took 2 hours. I am done with this dealership and will be trying desperately to get a refund on your scam of a warranty. I will never be back and everyone I know will never be back. From buying the truck to servicing the truck 1 star overall. I only gave it a 2 because I guess while ripping me off at least everyone was nice and respectful. More
