Nobody will greet you or direct you on what to do. You sit in a line that you think is where you should be and nobody acknowledges you until you wave someone down. They give you zero information on the services they are offering tell you to go sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours when you question the recommendation form they respond “if you have questions you can come talk to me” instead of being up front with the expectations of today’s appointment. Customer service is terrible. Makes you feel like you are a waste of time while they scroll through TikTok on their phones. More
No communication from Q. I called for an update and no one could find Q. The other staff said they could not verify whether my vehicle was ready. I eventually came to dealership to pick up, without ever receiving confirmation from Q or anyone else, and learned that my vehicle was ready hours before. The service was supposed to be 1-2 hours. It took nearly 7 hours to get my vehicle back. The valet staff was extremely slow and acted as though they were bothered to retrieve vehicles. I stood and watched my vehicle for about 10 minutes while the valets chatted with each other and struggled (without any care on their part) to find keys for vehicles they were supposed to be retrieving. I was planning to purchase several after market accessories but have decided it’s not worth having to deal with the service department. More
