My car was taken car of very quickly, and the tech made sure I was aware of all, and any underlying problems. I appreciated the honesty on how long I realistically had till these issues would be a major problem, and that it was okay to service everything one at a time. Rather than coming up with $5000 now. Good, but not sure they really check everything they say they do as person checked my floor mats were correctly installed and they definitely were not! My other friends have found the same thing happening s they do as person checked my floor mats were correctly installed and they definitely were not! Wrong part installed, miscommunication from the beginning, techs broke my key and tried tapping it with scotch tape, techs broke electrical box cover and mounting bracket, and when I texted the ser beginning, techs broke my key and tried tapping it with scotch tape, techs broke electrical box cover and mounting bracket, and when I texted the service manager to voice my frustration I was called an xxxxxxx. I went in because my new tow hitch and wiring harness weren’t lighting up my trailer. I did research and found I need one or two electrical relays so I called Toyota because I wanted to make sure we got the right relays for my car. They said they could fix the issue no problem. I took my car in and waited for hours just for them to say they found I needed 1 relay (not 2) but I have to come back to install it. I told them numerous times it’s the relay that goes in the back of the vehicle, they confirmed, but they still only installed a basic 4 prong relay under the hood and charged me $200 for a $28 part. I needed TWO relays. The main relay in the back of the car is $115 so I figured the $200 cost included that relay. Nope. After discovering the rear towing relay still wasn’t installed, I texted my service manager and he kept giving me excuse after excuse without offering to fix ANYTHING. I’ve already had to buy the correct relay I came into Camelback Toyota in the first place and fixed my original issue by myself. I’d like a replacement key ordered to make up for the techs breaking mine, my electrical box cover and mounting bracket repaired, and an apology from my friend, Ryan Schumaker, for calling me an xxxxxxx when he failed to fix my issue and offer a solution after voicing my concerns.
