Tell me how 4.4 quarts of oil and a filter, all of which you buy in bulk, is a bargain at $79. Changing an air filter is $49? Again, you buy in bulk and removing 3 clips and swapping out the filters must take at least 6 minutes. I could go on, but I’m not being heard in the first place. Your choices in overcharging people will one day come back to you. Karma is a xxxxx. I do appreciate having a quiet space to wait in, considering I was there for 7.5 hours More

Sean Neel was our sales person, his follow up was me calling back days later when he said that he would get back to me soon as possible. The parts that we were promised, we had to go through service and talk to somebody and they finally called back yesterday after multiple calls over the past two months telling us that our promised, TRD all weather floor mats are not available. They did send us regular Tacoma floor mats which I opened and held by the way we paid $300 for these floor mats that were supposed to be TDs. We can’t see it on our final bill or sales receipt, but it was in the negotiating, and even sadder we paid cash for the truck. Sean gave us a good spill. We trusted him and it all fell through the only thing good out of it. We got a decent truck. We actually had problems with the truck on the first day the tailgate, which was automatic up and down like a regular hatchback failed to retract and Titus and service said he would get back with us two months later never gotten back with us. We found taking the truck to Big2 Toyota more satisfying and better better better better 1000% better communication. We had to truck at Camelback on the second day. They gave us a loaner a nasty stinking Toyota rental that’s stunk like smoke and gym socks inside. When we took the truck and they kept it overnight at Big2, they gave us a like new car they had Uber bring us back home if we didn’t want a loaner and then the last vehicle we had before they finally fixed our tailgate they gave us a 24 Tacoma TRD off-road with less than 1000 miles as a loaner.
