In the beginning, I also made an offer of paying $395 a month for 60 months with $0 down payment and 0% interest. I told Spencer when he changed his mind, to call me back (previously, they offered me somewhere about $420 a month which I would not take for such an expensive price). Today, Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Spencer called me back, saying that since Memorial Day is coming up, they would give me a discount of $395/month. I made it clear that it has to be $395/month for 60 months with $0 down payment and 0% interest. Later on, I called back to make sure the second time and if it is the price, I would drive down from Mesa to Camelback and take the car today. Spencer said he will double check with his boss again. A few hours later, Spencer called back asking me if I would come down to Camelback. I asked him for the third time that is it $395/month for 60 months with $0 down and 0% interest (I listed all those conditions in the question that I asked three times). Spencer agreed and told me to speak with his boss. When I spoke with his boss, I reaffirm my conditions above and his boss said the price is too low. What is disrespectful here is that after the offer Camelback Toyota gave me, now they denied the offer and said that there was some miscommunication. I do not know if you record the phone talk or not, if yes, go back and listen to the $395/month $0 down 0% interest and how Spencer even repeated that. I am so disappointed that the head of Camelback Toyota (John NOT Spencer) swept us through with such a low-level excuse after many times calling and confirming. If you do not want the "miscommunication" that they tell you the price you like and later deny that it is "too low" and they never said that, then do not come here. You will waste many hours of your time. To Camelback Toyota, if you recorded the conversation, please go back and listen to the offer you made to me. More

Purchasing a Toyota 4runner We did quite a bit of research on Toyota 4Runners when we decided to submit our contact information to Camelback Toyota online. Within five minutes of submitting the information, we got a call from Billy Frasier. We made arrangements to meet with Billy on Friday, January 8, 2016. When we got to the dealership, Billy introduced us to RJ Johnson who would be working with us. From walking in the door of Camelback Toyota to driving our new car out of the lot on January 9, 2016, we were blown away. Everything about the dealership was top drawer. We were very impressed. Everyone was friendly and so accommodating. Billy, Imad, Griffin and especially RJ were totally professional in every way, treated us with the highest respect and we appreciated that. Overall, we had a fantastic experience buying a car, would recommend Camelback Toyota to anyone and definitely return if and when we need another car. More

Couldn't diagnose a bad battery I took my vehicle which is under warranty to this dealership because it required a jump start. They spent 2 minutes looking at the vehicle and blamed I took my vehicle which is under warranty to this dealership because it required a jump start. They spent 2 minutes looking at the vehicle and blamed us for the battery being dead and said it was fine. The next day my wife and 3 kids were stranded in 100 plus degree heat because the battery was dead again. I called the service department and they told me it would be 2-3 days till they could replace the battery (are you kidding me a battery take 5 minutes). Needless to say this service department and dealership is an absolute joke. More
