Sales and finance people plus the manager that run credit check. They didn’t really help me out as what they promise me. Was going return the vehicle to the dealerships because the payment was too much for m check. They didn’t really help me out as what they promise me. Was going return the vehicle to the dealerships because the payment was too much for me and all they told me is everything been approved by finance dept plus wasn’t even 30 days yet. They don’t want lose their commission. Also they don’t want to take responsibility they just point fingers at each other plus lack of communication. I have to be honest on the survey and not going just give 5 straight stars. They need keep their promise to their customer. I just don’t understand why they mention about survey in the first place. This all I going to say about the dealership. More
