I've been looking throughout The Valley for a new or lightly used 4Runner for the last 6+months. I've shopped at multiple dealerships for new cars over the years, and this was the BEST experience I've ever had. I'm not sure I ever anticipated such a positive experience in car shopping. I was anxious about coming to the dealership with my infant because I know how long these things can take..but holy crap, it was a bomb experience. He was extremely efficient and didn't play these "car salesman negotiation" games that I always dread. He was able to push to get me an amazing value on my trade in, a good interest rate and the monthly I wanted. I was not comfortable with breastfeeding in public, so he got me to a quiet, dark room to feed her and wait for financing. Davita (?) at financing had me in and out within minutes. They were all so incredibly supportive and helpful, and sweet to my baby. I was honestly feeling teary driving away. I seriously don't know how anyone can leave this place a bad review. If you want preowned, REQUEST RJ. And Toyota, you should give this dude a raise or a bonus. More
