Poor sales tactics. Trd pro Tacoma available on the lot. Would not sell for msrp. I told them I had 2 dealership willing to sell at msrp with no markup and Manager Ralph Trd pro Tacoma available on the lot. Would not sell for msrp. I told them I had 2 dealership willing to sell at msrp with no markup and Manager Ralph told me the management at those stores should be fired. No Ralph the owners of those dealers do not sell over Msrp because they know they will get return customers in the future. The average person buys a new veh every 2 to 3 years, and because the profit on a veh Is already figured into the msrp price. Adding another 5k on top of that is called price gouging. I have purchased 5 new Toyota trucks in the past 8 years 1 being a pro. Ill be sure to never call this dealer again when shopping. Not only did you lose this sale but any opportunity in the future. ✌️ More
