I went to Camelback Toyota and met Michael Ricci as I got out of my car. He was a great sales person! I was preapproved for a loan for a 2008 Honda Element. I signed the papers and went and picked up the out of my car. He was a great sales person! I was preapproved for a loan for a 2008 Honda Element. I signed the papers and went and picked up the car the next day. After I had the car for a week, the finance director told me he could not get me a bank to buy the loan. I was somewhat upset and had to coordinate how to bring the car back. When talking to the finance director we found a bank willing to loan up to a certain amount (less than the Element). So no more Honda Element. They were able to get me a 2006 Scion xB with a far better deal than the Element. So overall I got a 2nd chance and I am happy with the result. I would have liked to not have to figure out a different car to buy, but banks these days are way more picky than they used to be. Thanks Camelback Toyota! More
Keith very easy to work with, process was fairly easy and quick. The overall experience was great. The dealership does not work on the prices much, or give you the little added benefits, as I have found with quick. The overall experience was great. Would recommend them if you want to negotiate a lot. More
Went to dealership was greeted with respect definately found the vehicle i wanted drove it and was satisfied one bad thing, i wasnt told the condition of the body, went thru the whole process i asked ques found the vehicle i wanted drove it and was satisfied one bad thing, i wasnt told the condition of the body, went thru the whole process i asked questions to the finance guy he didnt give any good answers was told the car was being fueled i thought i was going to get a full tank but didnt which wasnt too bad then as i drove it home i noticed that the brakes squeal which i wasnt informed about i do suggest that the route they allow customers to take for a test drive is taken to the freeway u get a better understanding of how the vehicle is specially if u are getting a used one i do suggest you get a hold of keith he is a good guy to work with very friendly More
Jose gives every effort to give a fair and efficient attempt at service and makes a real good effort to help the customer in servicing the car. I also had good service in purchasing a Prius in October attempt at service and makes a real good effort to help the customer in servicing the car. I also had good service in purchasing a Prius in October 2009 and this car has matched or bettered our expectations. More
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST DEALER SHIP I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH ARE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFULL KEITH DARDEN BUT THE USED CAR FINANCE LITTLE MAN YAUNS FROM BOSTON IS A COMPLETE ASS EMBARRASED MY WI WITH ARE SALESMAN WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFULL KEITH DARDEN BUT THE USED CAR FINANCE LITTLE MAN YAUNS FROM BOSTON IS A COMPLETE ASS EMBARRASED MY WIFE AND SON ASKED HER IF SHE HAD AN ANGER PROBLEM BECAUSE HE NEW SHE JUST HAD QUIT SMOKING SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. WHICH IS NONE OF HIS BUISNESS. ALSO TOLD ME AND FAMILY WE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO BY A TOYOTA TACOMA OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE AROUND, JUST REDICULOUS REMARKS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WANT TO GET A LAWYER AND FILE A SUIT AGAINST CAMELBACK TOYOTA FOR HARRASSMENT FROM HIM QUESTIONING MY WIFE ABOUT HER NOT SMOKING (PATHETIC)BY THE WAY WE ALSO LEFT YOUR DEALERSHIP AND WENT TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP SAME DAY AND PURCHASED A TACOMA WHITE 4 DOOR 08 JUST LIKE WHAT WE CAME TO BY AND WAS TALK OUT OF BY YOUR FINANCE GUY YAUNS. WOULD NEVER EVER BE BACK TO CAMELBACK TOYOTA I ONLY HOPE ALL CUSTOMERS DONT GET TREATED THIS WAY. VERY VERY POOR BUISNESS. AND I OWN MY OWN BUISNESS SINCE 1991. RESPECTFULLY MICHAEL COX More
I was on the market for a new vehicle, and narrowed my search to the following - Nissan, Honda, Mazda and Toyota. All 4 offered great cars, but my experience with Toyota was different. Jim Maunu, my sa search to the following - Nissan, Honda, Mazda and Toyota. All 4 offered great cars, but my experience with Toyota was different. Jim Maunu, my sales guy, was a joy to work with -- he knew the car (Corolla S)I liked, answered my questions and, best of all, was NOT the "typical car salesman." He was honest and decent, a true gentleman. He didn't pressure me into anything. In short, I trust him. He has integrity. I unreservedly recommmend Camelback Toyota to potential car buyers. Make sure you ask for Jim........ hapy buying and driving. More
My experience was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Michael Ricci, the salesman. I got a good price and if I had anything negative to say it would be that they were a little pushy friendly, especially Michael Ricci, the salesman. I got a good price and if I had anything negative to say it would be that they were a little pushy with the extended warranty stuff, but not overly so. I would definately go there again and recommend them. More
Sales was great. Management was great. The department who completes paperwork and sells the extended warranties, was VERY bad. A complete scam. Everything they promised was NOT delivered. When I asked who completes paperwork and sells the extended warranties, was VERY bad. A complete scam. Everything they promised was NOT delivered. When I asked for it in writing, they said it would be mailed to me. It wasn't. I was an idiot for leaving without having in writing. I should have known I was being scammed when the guy produced a part that costs $2,500 that would be covered with the extended warranty. More
On December 28th we applied online for a vehicle, we were told by Cory that the credit scores were good, he would submit app to bank for $22,000, on Dec 29th the app came back approved but we had a trade in. told by Cory that the credit scores were good, he would submit app to bank for $22,000, on Dec 29th the app came back approved but we had a trade in. On Dec 29th I was told to clarify an issue with the vehicle we were trading in, and I did. After proof of the clarification was faxed in I never heard back from Cry, turns out he left early and wouldn't be back until after the holiday, I spoke to michael Lopez who was nice enough to call Cory and figure things out. Michael was told there was an issue with the trade in and that Coru woud call me. Today, 1/5/10 I called to follow up and was told we couldn't get financed, WHAT!?!? we were just told the application was approve but they were working on a better rate... I jumped through hurdles to get this done for no one to bother calling me back with any kind of explination... I still today am confused as to what happened here. I got 3 different answers. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with them!!! More
