I had an awesome experience at Camelback Toyota. It was actually a fun experience!! Jim Underwood is an excellent salesman. Searched for a Toyota Corolla online. Called and spoke with internet sales rep Lisa Garcia. She was very nice and stated she would be expecting me that day. When I got to Camelback Toyota and worked with Lisa, she was so personable, did not do a hard sell on me and fully discussed and disclosed everything I needed to know about the car I wanted to purchase. Lisa and the finance team were sensitive to my concerns on monthly payment so they worked to get my payment to where I was comfortable. While they were working on my monthly payment and my trade-in amount, they were finding the car of my dreams: The Toyota Corolla S in magnetic gray in an automatic. One had come in at 6pm that day and they found it on their block long lot (they have a beautiful and large showroom and lot!) Lisa took me to the Corolla and I loved it! Upon returning to the office to complete my paperwork, they had initially told me that since the car just came in (it still had plastic, etc. on it)I wouldn't be able to take delivery of the car until the next day because they had to wash it, add accessories, etc. Although, I wanted my new car then, I understood. So, I finished my paperwork and financing over the next hour or so and Lisa and the Manager come up to me and ask "Do you want to see your name in Lights?" I was like, "Yeah!" They walked me over to another part of the showroom by parts I think and there was my beautiful Corolla S shiny and all dolled up!!! I was just amazed! They had gotten the car ready for me while I was doing my paperwork so I could take it home that night! How awesome is that? This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had!!!! No pressure, no stunts, no bs, they were all honest with what this purchase would mean financially, they worked to make sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment, Lisa is like a best friend to me now and I will refer everyone I know wanting to purchase a vehicle to Lisa and Camelback Toyota!!!!!!!!!! Got an e-mail offer that I Liked and told them the terms in which I would purchase and they meeet my very strict criteria. They also stayed after the dealership closed to finish the deal and didn't rush us in which I would purchase and they meeet my very strict criteria. Can't remember names of the actual salesman or the finance person, but they and Nancy assisted us on the purchase of a new Toyota Prius. They we're willing to work with us for the best possible pricin finance person, but they and Nancy assisted us on the purchase of a new Toyota Prius. I had a great experience, they were friendly and got me into what I wanted with out going to much over my budget. I was in and out in a reasonable time, I hear some people are at dealerships for over 8 hr into what I wanted with out going to much over my budget. I visited multiple other toyota dealerships before coming to Camelback, and Keith was the most understanding of all other representatives I dealt with. Nothing was hidden or covered up in the process, and un to Camelback, and Keith was the most understanding of all other representatives I dealt with. This is the best experience we ever has buying a car! The minute my husband and I walked in the showroom Tim Mc Cune put us at ease. If that wasn't enough, Mindy Voraz and Jeff Springer also came to help because we had so many questions. All three salespeople were knowledgable, friendly, and most of all NOT pushy. I had many questions about the financing and Jeff patiently answered each one. I truly feel Camelback Toyota gave us a fair price for our car. When my husband and I left the dealership we said to each other, "that was the best car buying experience we ever had!" I only wish I could buy two cars from them instead of just one.
