I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships in the past (the worst was Courtesy Chevrolet), but this was definitely a good experience! I went in already knowing what I wanted, I had scouted their available vehicles on the Internet, I knew the Blue Book values... basically I would say if you are well-prepared it will greatly improve your experience. I would highly recommend that you ask for Craig Rusin...he listens to what you are looking for and doesn't waste your time. When it came to financing Tracy Hunt was fabulous! She explained everything I needed to know and I felt comfortable asking her questions. I will definitely be going back to Camelback Toyota for my maintenance of this vehicle and when I'm ready to trade it in. Oh, I almost forgot... they also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. More

Everything was smooth except F&I. Too much time trying to get me to buy add on protections from extended warranties to maintenance. If I was the GM of the dealership I would reduce the high pressur trying to get me to buy add on protections from extended warranties to maintenance. We were in the market to replace our Mazda 6 with a Camry Hybrid. Even though ALL OTHER DEALERS, including Longo in CA were asking full price or more.
