Went in first oil change/check low tire pressure light was on had the toy/4runner 2012 for just about a year. I don't drive it much the Mileage was 2,203 miles was told a nail was in tire and would cost me more than 200 for 1 tire. This is the main thing I hate about dealerships when they see a woman walk in automatically she's dumb. 2200 miles on a truck tire and 1 nail and I need to replace the tire. To make it even worse they put my Spare on the truck, said it was to keep me safe and then cleaned the truck up and let me leave with 3 rims and a spare. The low tire pressure light is still on and I felt as though the 2hrs I sat there waiting for my truck was a waste of my time. I paid for that extended warranty which is supposed to cover everything, well evidently not everything. I guess the big problem is that a tire can be totaled from 1 nail. What are these tires made of rubber? Bathe tire still looked as new as it did when I drove it out of the dealership. Is this the way I want a dealership to treat me after I spent over 40,000 with them. I think not. I think things could have be handled differently but evidently it's all about making money. I talked to the Service Manager and explained to him how I felt about the situation. We agreed there should have been more options considering the milage I put on the car yearly. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel as though I was the important one. My negativity came from frustration and I should have talked to him first. My rating has changed and next time I will talk to the manage first. More

I tried to find a new Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific color and options; throughout the Valley and the western states, no dealership could find the car. I bought my 2002 Camry XLE at Camelback and now I am so pleased to have worked with Tyler Martin to add another Camry to our lives. Ms Hunt in the Business Office made the "paperwork phase" of a new-car purchase smooth, informative and swift. I first encountered Craig when I inquired about a Toyota Prius at Camelback Toyota. I had spent a lot of time researching and exploring this automobile. I also had spent a lot of time test driving and visiting other dealerships. I was less than satisfied with other dealerships and the less-than-optimistic experiences. It was very encouraging when Craig made it a personal obligation to call me and ask me what I was looking for and what I expected. He was very patient, understanding and compassionate about making my buying experience a positive one. Upon my arrival at Camelback Toyota, I was greeted warmly and given much respect. I told them who I had been dealing with and they were very accommodating in making sure I dealt with that person. Craig was very helpful and caring as we continued my search for the right vehicle. He and I spent several hours test driving and talking about the car to make sure that I made the right choice. After I decided on a vehicle, we began the negotiating for my trade-in and for the new vehicle. The process was very positive and Craig was very honest and encouraging during this process. We went through the process and I was very encouraged with the outcome. After making the deal, Craig was very helpful during the financing process and telling me about some of the other options that I should make with my purchase. After the deal was made and all paperwork was signed, Craig personally took me through every inch of my new automobile and explained everything very well. He also made sure I knew what my options were if I were unhappy and if I had any questions. In addition, he made sure that I had all questions answered and that I was satisfied with my new purchase. After dealing with several dealers and salespersons, I highly recommend Craig Rusin and Camelback Toyota. He and this organization are sincere and make the customer satisfaction their top priority. I bought a car from Craig Rusin this past weekend and he was phenomenal!! He worked with me over the phone the previous week and dealt with me and my needs very fairly. Hello...Craig Rusin was recommended to my by my boss. She had such a great experience and refered Craig to me. I couldnt have asked for a better sales guy! Craig was very patient with me..I think I test drove 5 different cars that day. He never made me feel rushed or impatient with me. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I was test driving. I finally picked the car I thought was the car for me. Well at the delivery of the car I realized didnt have keyless entry (which I guess I was so happy didnt realize it). I was vey bummed I know it's a little perk but ment alot to me to have it. I drove the car home kinda bummed out. I slept on it prayed about it! Called Craig the following morning told him my concern. I asked could I bring the car back and get one with keyless entry. He worked his magic called me back a hour later and told me come get your NEW car. I was so happy that Craig went through all the hoops he had to..to make sure I was happy with my car. Craig went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and I really appreciate it! I dont know If I would had went to a different dealership that this would have happen. Thank you Craig! Craig Rusin was our internet sales rep. He was very accommodating and patient, never pressure us. We looked at 3-4 certified used Toyota Corolla's for our 18 year old son. They offered us great prices on the cars that I could not find anywhere here in Phoenix. Craig was a outstanding professional that I would highly recommend in requesting. We ended up buying our car at another dealer, but only because that dealer had the color car we wanted. Craig at Camelback Toyota was very friendly and professional and really helped us out. The second time I went in to drive a Venza, I had the good fortune to be assigned to Craig. This turned out to be an extra-long car-buying experience (about two months, since I'm living in the mountains for the summer and had to come back and forth) and dealing with Craig was a total pleasure. He's the kind of salesperson who makes you want to give him your business, as opposed to run the other way. Can you imagine looking forward to the inevitable phone calls? He is completely professional and has the unusual asset of a great sense of humor. He is also very knowledgeable and well-spoken. If you ask a question, you get an informed answer. The only reason I gave the dealership an overall 4 is because of another salesperson who apparently took one look at me and decided I wasn't worth the time of day. Maybe he was about to end his workday and meet his girlfriend, but he gave me a bad initial impression. I'm glad I went back. More
