I traded in and purchased a vehicle on 6/20 and overall day of, I’d say went pretty well BUT WAIT, There’s more. I was told my lien holder was Toyota Mortor Credit, but it’s not after my credit being r day of, I’d say went pretty well BUT WAIT, There’s more. I was told my lien holder was Toyota Mortor Credit, but it’s not after my credit being ran 6 times. Apparently that’s in the contracts so shame on me for not being more thorough. Then I realized a scratch in my tint on the rear passenger door window. When I called I was told I needed to speak to Andre but that they didn’t cover stuff like that. One, still have yet to hear from ANDRE, and two at the time of the call I had the truck for 4 days and had put maybe 20 miles on it. Then I got a call from someone named Jessie who said no problem let me talk to the customer relations person and we’ll get you scheduled to fix that… Well haven’t heard from anyone since last week. I have been a loyal service customer for years but after this I’m not sure I’ll ever return to camelback Toyota. I didn’t even negotiate A single thing, but you all won’t do anything to help.
