Who has called to address my concerns other than a very rude sales manager who scoffed at me while on the phone. I just dropped my vehicle off and was told egen though you all sold me my truck with really dark tint you can’t replace it with that dark because it’s illegal EVEN THOUGH you sold it to me like that. Never once did I meet Andre who was supposed to be the person taking care of me for said appointment today, and I waited 21 minutes even talk to someone from my appointment time and then whoever did help me called the tint shop and they said they can do it. So which is it can you do it or can you not do it? At this point I would really appreciate a phone call because I don’t think that it’s been made clear how horrifically wrong this entire process has been.

UPDATE: I’ve had the vehicle inspected at an unrelated dealership and found out EVERY tire has a dramatically different tread depth. Interesting that a “respectable” dealership would sell a vehicle, a 4x4 at that without considering tire safety. I’ll now be out the expense of purchasing all new tires so I can feel safe driving a vehicle I’ve had for less than 30 days. “We have nothing to hide” was by far my favorite line from the service manager….. seems like you do/did.

Update as of 7/21/22 The ONLY PERSON willing to hear me out and take my concerns seriously was Izad F. Who I believe is the used car service manager. Izad reviewed everything including the tires in my presence and agreed that this was a miss on their part. Izad went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed and that I also felt confident in the work preformed. Overall the tires were replaced among a few other things that we’re initially missed on my truck prior to me purchasing it. I want to make it clear that I will only continue service business with camelback Toyota because of Izad. Thank you, Izad for dealing with me while I was very upset and truly making things right.
