The people were very friendly and the dealership was beautiful inside. There was no pressure and they were very easy to work with. My only complaint is how long the entire process took to purchase a new car (5 hours total). Most of the time was spent trying to find the manager who should have been available on the spot. Camelback was a great no pressure dealership! I found my car on the internet after looking at various models/brands/dealerships. I was a loyal Tempe Dodge customer, but considering who bought Chrysler/Dodge car on the internet after looking at various models/brands/dealerships. Lisa contacted me back via email and we set an appointment. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early ansd was content to look around-Lisa Garcia was right there right away to help me.It was worth the drive from Casa Grande. Lisa Garcia was the most fantastic sales person and even called me on may way home to make sure I was doing OK with my complicated new Prius III even in the midst of a monsoon storm! While I do wish the car was not so pricey, they were fair and willing to deal. even the warranty sales person was exceptional. I will be recommending this dealer to all my friends. More

keith was very persistant in looking for the type of car that I had wanted to buy.He asked me what type of car I wanted? I answered a red six cylender camary,from all the cars he showed me I picked an XLE v that I had wanted to buy.He asked me what type of car I wanted? I answered a red six cylender camary,from all the cars he showed me I picked an XLE v6 camary, which was out of my price range so he asked if something else would work and then he showed me other camary's after checking out several of them I found a red four cylender XLE even though I had my mind set on a six cylender It made me happy to have what I purchesed. Your sells advisor was helpful and understanding while I was buying my car.He explained all the information about my camary feathers and made sure my car was cleaned inside out ready to be taken home. My wife saw a 2007 Acura RDX on Trader.com listed at Camelback Toyota and contacted Lisa Garcia. I drove to Phoenix from Sierra Vista AZ to look at the car. Very good car and what we wanted. Would highly recommend her. I was not impressed with the cleaniness of the car and had to ask twice to have it cleaned. The car did not have a second set of keys which was discovered after I bought the car. would have been nice to know that before hand. However, Lisa did find the second set and called me a few days later to say that she would mail them to me. Thumbs up !! Did pay $1000 more than what was advertized on the internet. my wife caught it and when I called to say i bought the car. Lisa and crew were quick to remidy the situation and refunded me $1000.00. Still witing on the check though 1 week later. Good experience overall ! More

Searched for a Toyota Corolla online. Called and spoke with internet sales rep Lisa Garcia. She was very nice and stated she would be expecting me that day. When I got to Camelback Toyota and worked with Lisa, she was so personable, did not do a hard sell on me and fully discussed and disclosed everything I needed to know about the car I wanted to purchase. Lisa and the finance team were sensitive to my concerns on monthly payment so they worked to get my payment to where I was comfortable. While they were working on my monthly payment and my trade-in amount, they were finding the car of my dreams: The Toyota Corolla S in magnetic gray in an automatic. One had come in at 6pm that day and they found it on their block long lot (they have a beautiful and large showroom and lot!) Lisa took me to the Corolla and I loved it! Upon returning to the office to complete my paperwork, they had initially told me that since the car just came in (it still had plastic, etc. on it)I wouldn't be able to take delivery of the car until the next day because they had to wash it, add accessories, etc. Although, I wanted my new car then, I understood. So, I finished my paperwork and financing over the next hour or so and Lisa and the Manager come up to me and ask "Do you want to see your name in Lights?" I was like, "Yeah!" They walked me over to another part of the showroom by parts I think and there was my beautiful Corolla S shiny and all dolled up!!! I was just amazed! They had gotten the car ready for me while I was doing my paperwork so I could take it home that night! How awesome is that? This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had!!!! No pressure, no stunts, no bs, they were all honest with what this purchase would mean financially, they worked to make sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment, Lisa is like a best friend to me now and I will refer everyone I know wanting to purchase a vehicle to Lisa and Camelback Toyota!!!!!!!!!! Got an e-mail offer that I Liked and told them the terms in which I would purchase and they meeet my very strict criteria. Can't remember names of the actual salesman or the finance person, but they and Nancy assisted us on the purchase of a new Toyota Prius.
