I live in Green Bay and my son is moving to Phoenix. Your dealership was recommend by my other son who currently has his Toyota Corola serviced at Cambleback. She was so professional and curtious that we felt like we were sitting across the table from her rather then 1600 miles away. She had a 4Runner with low mileage that she knew would be perfect. Unfortunately we procrastinate on our end and consequently that vehicle sold. We were in the market to replace our Mazda 6 with a Camry Hybrid. Even though ALL OTHER DEALERS, including Longo in CA were asking full price or more. We went to this dealership after visiting several others and leaving disappointed. We were met by Faisel Ismael (?spelling), who directed us to Ryan Johnson. We also interacted intermittently but repeatedly with the sales director Richie. Once we decided to move forward wit the purchase we worked with Jens in finance. The process took a while, but in their defense they had to find the model and color of car we wanted (Sienna XLE in Cyprus Pearl), which they did. The detailing/cleaning took a while, but that probably couldn't be helped. We paid a fair price, were dealt with openly and honestly, and were comfortable throughout the entire proceeding. I would definitely buy from them again, and appreciate how they approached things from start to finish. More
