Camelback Toyota was extremely helpful and the Customer service my family and I experienced at this dealership was more than 110%. I had come out for a visit to Arizona and had not intended to purchase a service my family and I experienced at this dealership was more than 110%. I had come out for a visit to Arizona and had not intended to purchase a new vehicle, however my 2005 VW Jetta had catastrophic transmission failure and was not economically feasible to fix. A stressful situation to say the least, The Camelback Toyota staff stepped up to the plate no matter how challenging the situation was, they were determined to make all areas of my car buying experience as stress free as possible and for that we are extremely thankful and wanted to share our story. John DeArmond and Melissa Greathouse along with the finance department and all the staff at Camelback Toyota kept everything rolling and answered all my questions, with my husband still back in Alabama, the staff made the experience stress free. Took the time for pictures to be texted back and forth to the conference calls to the online finance to the registration and finally the day I was picking up our preowned certified 2013 Camry not once did my family and I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle which was a major relief. I have given this dealership a good rating because my experience was very pleasant. The entire process took less then 2 hours. Once I began the process of confirming the financing, Nina Gonzalez and Denita Kaiser made that process run efficiently and smoothly as well. They answered any questions that I had and made me feel comfortable with the process and the information. It was a great experience and I love my vehicle from Certified Toyota! The experience was atrocious. We came to test-drive and maybe purchase a certified pre owned vehicle and the pressure to "sign and drive" was repulsive. How is a dealership going to try to sell us a vehicl maybe purchase a certified pre owned vehicle and the pressure to "sign and drive" was repulsive. How is a dealership going to try to sell us a vehicle for $32,000 and out the door $40,000? Hmmm, I know there are sales tax, license and doc fees but that shouldn't equate to $8,000 on the bottom line. I saw the document and they quoted us an average interest rate of 11%+. They alleged the interest rate to be "average". They never asked us about our credit rating. They said the interest rate may come down a bit but kept telling us an APR of 11% was average. Eventually I just stopped listening to them because they are full of it. 11%? Really? Fool someone else. I looked at my fiancé in disbelief. I straight up asked them without hesitation, "How much business do you lose when you show people an 11% rate?". They didn't respond. I questioned who would sit and work a deal? Not us! We realized quickly they didn't think we were knowledgeable about interest rates and financing. Shame on them. The very fact that they tried telling us we would finance a 2013 Toyota Highlander for $909/mo was outrageous. This is a Toyota Highlander folks, not a Mercedes. I'll pay that for a Mercedes. We had lunch plans on this particular day with my fiancé’s mother and told them we had to go. Instead they tried to convince us they had Schlotzskys Deli cater and that we should have lunch there and discuss the deal. I don't think so. We checked out the moment they tried to convince us an APR of 11% was normal. Yeah, ummm, okay. We were adamant that we were leaving despite their influences to keep us. We left and it wasn't until the next few days when they called us incessantly and claimed to tell us we could walk out the door with the vehicle for $33,000. Thanks Toyota, we were so repulsed by your antics we purchased a beautiful SUV elsewhere, a 2012 certified pre-owned with only 10,000 miles and guess what, we financed at 3.40%. Not too shabby of an interest rate on a used vehicle. I would say that we did a heck of a lot better than a 2013 Highlander with 16,000 miles financed at 11%. Good luck with that... More

I had not been in an auto dealership in 10 yrs or so, having used an auto broker in those years. I spoke with Tracy Scrip on the phone and appreciated his genuine-ness, interest in helping me and the fac having used an auto broker in those years. Tracy quoted figures to me over the phone based on the information I provided. When I met him in the dealership, there was no change or adjustment in what he had told me on the phone. He and the team were professional and sensitive to my time. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and Tracy. More

The buying experience I had with Camelback Toyota will forever have me coming back to their dealer. Altogether we spent a couple hours at the dealer. After signing all the paperwork late one night we went back the next day for delivery of the car. Wendy and Tim also helped us and they were both helpful and worked with us. When my sister and I first arrived Thomas Coggins was very friendly and offered to show us around. He asked us questions and tried finding out what I liked as opposed to pushing me around the lot to cars very friendly and offered to show us around. Once I made my decision, there of course was a lot of back and forth. He still kept an amazing attitude. I signed my paperwork with Tyler Martin. Seeing as we were there from 1:30 in the afternoon to 9:00 at night he kept the attitude light and fun. It was refreshing being around someone who was still so happy to be there, even though they closed at 7:00. Both Thomas and Tyler didn't once seem irritated we kept them there and they both made sure I got a great deal. I will definitely recommend this dealership because of its excellent customer service and great employees. More
