Ryan crunched the numbers and he got me into a 2018 Rav4. He listined to what i could handle as payments . I love that he was so intuitive and made me feel comfortable with my purshase . Cant wait to see what our partnership will have in the future . My husband is next in line to go to Toyota Camelback . Thank you . Bad experience I was trying to buy a Tundra from Camelback Toyota. After they sold the tundra that was approved for me from TFS, they said they don’t have nothing to I was trying to buy a Tundra from Camelback Toyota. I had to go to another dealer “RightToyjta”, I bought my tundra from that dealer, fast and easy. But Camelback refuse to gave me a good and polite sales service. Meh... Could've been better My Salesperson: Was just there today (10/8/17) - Feisal was great! - very patient, friendly, and low pressure! As soon as I decide which of the 3 cars My Salesperson: Was just there today (10/8/17) - Feisal was great! - very patient, friendly, and low pressure! As soon as I decide which of the 3 cars (I Drove 3) to purchase I will be going back to Feisal!! The past 3 months I have done tons of research and test driving and hoped that once I drove those cars there would be a delineating factor making a purchase decision easy - it wasn't. All 3 vehicles were great - especially the Rav 4 and Highlander! I told Feisal I needed to weigh the pros/cons of each car before deciding, expecting a typical gnarly car salesman response, he said he understood and let me know he can be reached anytime by cell if I have any questions or to set up a time to come purchase the one I want. I appreciate that he did not try to manipulate me by creating the fear that my cars would not be there because so many other people want them, etc... THANKS SO MUCH! I'm sorry I couldn't make a decision so you could have commission on a sale today. :( The other 'Salespeople': What happened to happy, friendly, smiling atmospheres!? I was there about 2 hours, including the 3 test drives. The energy in this dealership is very very different than the energy in any other one I've been in, EVER. There was no happy, smiley, high energy atmosphere here. I was met with grimaces and scowls - actually everyone was. WHAT A TURN OFF! As I watched what was going on inside I noticed they were like that with everyone. Other dealerships have friendly people who smile and ask how you are even they are just passing by you while you wait for your salesperson to get a car. Not one person smiled or said hi, even when they passed directly by me and other customers. There was a guy, who I think may have been at the top of the ladder, he was in a blue dress shirt and slacks, he walked towards me to pass and do something, he didn't even crack a grin when I smiled and said hi to him. Shouldn't customers feel welcome and comfortable in an environment where they are going to spend a lot of money, which funds your checks? The young guys were more concerned about some game they were missing and having to work than providing friendly customer service (as a customer it makes me uncomfortable and lose interest in a business when I overhear employees whining). It just sets the energy up to be down and negative. Overall: 1. My salesperson, Feisal, was great and the only reason I will go back, because he was so patient and low pressure. I still feel badly that I couldn't decide on which car today. 2. The lot had a very small selection of new and used. If you need to have a lot of options to select from this location may not work - you'll end up dealer hopping to test drive various new/used models. It's 97% toyota products on the lot. 3.The energy from the staff, has room for much improvement! Try being a bit more friendly and welcoming to people who are investing their trust and hard earned money in your store. Especially management. Everything from the top trickles down. The energy/vibe upper levels project is what comes down to the lower level at the customer experience - the staff is a reflection of the operation and attitude of upper levels. More
